Marta -5 kg in 8 Settimane grazie a Snella Facile!

Mi chiamo Marta, ho 25 anni, il mio problema con i kg di troppo è iniziato all’età di 18 anni quando, finito il liceo, sono andata a vivere da sola ed ho iniziato a lavorare.

Durante gli anni scolastici ero molto in forma, praticavo regolarmente attività fisica, facevo parte della squadra di pallavolo della scuola, ero quindi molto sportiva.

Mia madre è sempre stata una patita del benessere, mi preparava pranzo da portare a scuola, solo cose molto genuine  e mi faceva trovare la cena pronta arrivata a casa.

Una volta diplomatami ho deciso di iniziare a lavorare e sono andata a convivere con il mio fidanzato.

Praticare attività fisica con il mio lavoro è diventata un’utopia, in fabbrica  faccio i turni: mattino dalle 5 alle 14, pomeriggio dalle 14 alle 22 e ahimè anche la notte dalle 21 alle 6 del mattino- ciò vuol dire che sono sempre molto stanca ed il mio organismo ne ha risentito molto..quando ho un attimo di tempo corro qua e la fra la casa, la spesa, non riesco a ritagliarmi un’ora per andare in palestra. In realtà riuscirei, ma la stanchezza ha la meglio su di me.

Convivere con il mio ragazzo e gestire da sola una casa vuol dire che ho più libertà di scelta in quello che è il cibo che consumiamo e spesso, per mancanza di tempo, preferisco la focaccia o la pizza surgelata ad un pasto sano e bilanciato, perché il tempo di cucinare è poco, perché cucinare con ingredienti freschi non è mai stato il mio forte e perché spesso mi lascio anche prendere dal mio fidanzato, dalla birra con gli amici, dalla mia giovane età che talvolta è anche fatta di eccessi.

Questi eccessi, cosi come la quasi totale mancanza di attività fisica ed i turni stressanti, mi hanno portata negli anni ad aumentare di ben 10 kg.

I pantaloni mi andavano sempre più stretti, il viso era sempre più gonfio, la cellulite ed il grasso la facevano da padrona sulle mie cosce e sui miei fianchi.

Un giorno mi sono guardata allo specchio e ho deciso che non potevo ridurmi così a 25 anni.

Ho fatti un pò di richerche online ed ho trovato il sito Snella Facile.

Ho chiesto qualche informazione compilando il modulo contatti mi hanno spiegato un po’ di cosa si trattava e mi hanno offerto di fare un check-up gratuito con un’esperta corpo senza impegno alcuno.

Ho detto che ci avrei pensato, mi vergognavo però di farmi vedere nuda da un’estranea..mi vergognavo di ammettere di rimpinzarmi di patatine e pizza a mezzanotte dopo una giornata stressante..mi vergognavo del mio corpo.

E poi mi sono detta: o continuo ad auto commiserarmi per tutta la vita o trovo una soluzione e si sa, ammettere di avere un problema e condividerlo con qualcun altro è già un modo per risolverlo.  Quindi mi decido e fisso un appuntamento per il check-up.

L’esperta corpo mi chiede della mia routine, delle mie abitudini alimentari, del mio livello di attività fisica. In base alle mie risposte elabora per me un programma facile da seguire che si chiama appunto Snella Facile.

In base a questo programma svolgo in Istituto dei trattamenti specifici per le adiposità localizzate e la perdita di peso 3 volte a settimana per un totale di 3 ore e mezza , in base ai miei turni. Le operatrici sono tutte molto disponibili e si prendono davvero cura di me badando bene ai miei obiettivi, ma la cosa più importante è che vengo seguita costantemente in ogni mio piccolo grande passo verso il peso forma.

Il programma prevede inoltre una dieta iperproteica stilata per me da Stilema sotto forma di un kit della durata di 28 giorni che prevede la perdita di peso dai 5 agli 8 kg.

I preparati dietetici al suo interno sono molto gradevoli e facili da preparare, per me che non ho mai tempo o molta voglia di cucinare.

Inoltre mi è stato fatto presente quanto la regolare attività fisica influisca sulla buona riuscita di un programma di dimagrimento e quindi mi sono convinta ad iscrivermi in palestra- pratico 1 ora di attività fisica per 3 giorni a settimana.

Finora ho perso 5 kg. Seguo il programma Snella facile da sole 8 settimane e sono davvero soddisfatta dei risultati. Credo di avere finalmente intrapreso la strada giusta per cambiare il mio stile di vita e tornare in piena forma.

Grazie Stilema per avere ideato un metodo facile da seguire e alla portata di tutti. Lo consiglierei a chiunque voglia rimettersi in forma in modo sano, corretto e senza fare troppa fatica.
