La storia di Chiara

Mi chiamo Chiara, ho 25 anni, ed ho deciso di condividere la mia storia perché grazie a Snella Facile ho veramente iniziato una nuova vita.

Sono sempre stata in sovrappeso, frutto di un’alimentazione fondamentalmente sbagliata e di una pigrizia innata. I miei genitori sono divorziati, mia madre lavorava 40 ore a settimana e vedevo mio padre soltanto nei week-end, il che vuol dire che raramente riuscivo a mangiare “sano”.

Durante l’adolescenza mi rifugiavo proprio nel cibo, ero il tipo di persona che in inglese si potrebbe definire “emotional eater” scaricavo le mie delusioni ed i miei nervosismi nel cibo.

Tutti mi prendevano in giro per il mio aspetto fisico, mi vergognavo durante l’ora di ginnastica per il mio aspetto rotondo e goffo, rinunciavo sempre a fare il bagno in piscina o ad andare al mare con le mie coetanee a causa del mio corpo tutto fuorché perfetto.

Riuscii a perdere 10 kg tra la fine delle superiori e l’inizio dell’università, grazie anche ad un ritmo di vita un pò più frenetica e ad una dieta un pò più regolare. Ma parte di questi kg tornavano durante i periodi di stress, nei quali riprendevo ad scaricare i miei problemi e frustrazioni sul cibo.

Per non parlare poi dell’attività fisica. Sono sempre stata molto molto pigra, non ho mai avuto neanche il minimo stimolo a fare neppure una corsa, figuriamoci a passare ore ed ore in palestra!

Mi più gli anni passavano e più il mio corpo diventava un relitto…grosso, flaccido, informe. Ero piena di cellulite, gonfia a causa della ritenzione idrica, ero tutto tranne ciò che dovrebbe essere una ragazza di 24 anni. E non vivevo bene…mi vergognavo del mio corpo e quindi mi impedivo anche le cose che le ragazze della mia età facevano con così tanta naturalezza.

Decisi quindi che dovevo trovare una soluzione, che dovevo cambiare. Online vidi una pagina che parlava del metodo Snella Facile, un metodo che prometteva una perdita di peso di fino a 7 kg in un mese, veloce, senza sforzi e senza diete drastiche.

A quel punto ero disperata, quindi credo la qualsiasi cosa sarebbe andata bene, ma mi colpì il fatto che il tutto era coperto dalla garanzia soddisfatti o rimborsati..mi dissi che per fare una promessa del genere le persone dietro a questo metodo dovevano veramente essere molto sicure del fatto loro.

Leggendo le recensioni poi non ebbi alcun dubbio..c’erano donne che affermavano di aver perso anche 4 kg in 2 settimane.

Decisi di chiamare e prenotare un check-up corpo per capire se e come il metodo Snella Facile avrebbe potuto aiutarmi.

Fui accolta da Lucia, la responsabile del metodo..una ragazza squisita , la quale non solo eseguì un accurato check-up corpo su di me con le tecnologie più avanzate, ma riuscì veramente a mettersi nei miei panni, ad immedesimarsi in quella che era la mia soggezione o sofferenza che dir si voglia. Mi preparò un programma, comprensivo di piano alimentare, trattamenti rimodellanti e tonificanti e attività fisica con il dispositivo Infra Snella, al termine del quale avrei dovuto perdere 10 kg. Credevo non ce l’avrei mai fatta…

E invece eccomi qui, 15 kg dopo persi nel giro di 7 mesi. 7 mesi dove ho seguito una dieta normo proteica per il primo mese, per ristabilire l’equilibrio tra i macronutrienti e riattivare il processo di dimagrimento. 3 volte a settimana svolgevo 1 ora di attività fisica con Infra Snella ( attività in realtà molto soft, dove la fatica era pressoché impercettibile e anzi, mi sentivo più vitale e rinvigorita dopo ogni seduta) e 2 volte a settimana (spesso dopo l’ora di Infra Snella) dei trattamenti specifici corpo per contrastare gli inestetismi e rimodellare i punti critici.

Non trovo il coraggio di postare delle foto prima e dopo, forse un giorno ce la farò. Perché il mio corpo è talmente tanto cambiato che non posso neanche credere a come ero prima di questo meraviglioso cambiamento.

Sono stata supportata, ascoltata, mai giudicata ed aiutata a ritrovare un corpo da favola!

Oggi peso 55 kg (il mio peso iniziale era 70 kg per 1,60 cm) e non potrei essere più felice!

 

Ringrazio il metodo Snella Facile e tutte le meravigliose persone, professionisti ed esperti che hanno creato un modo efficace e semplice per aiutare le persone a riprendere possesso del proprio corpo ed a cambiare vita!
