– 7 kg in un mese! Elisabetta si racconta!

Definirmi “pigra” sarebbe veramente un eufemismo..io sono sempre stata una persona pigra al cubo.

Solo l’idea di fare il minimo sforzo sollevando pesi in compagnia di sconosciuti sudati e felici mi dava i brividi..ma passati i 40 anni si sa, il metabolismo inizia a rallentare, la menopausa si avvicina, l’alimentazione si fa sempre più ricca di cibi pronti, pasticci vari e come rinuciare all’aperitivo del venerdì sera con le amiche?

Le gambe diventano pesanti, il girovita ingombrante, le braccia cadenti…e la cellulite ha la meglio dai fianchi in giù.

Mi guardavo allo specchio e mi dicevo: bé hai condotto un’esistenza sedentaria tutta la vita, vuoi mica rimetterti in forma adesso?

Be’ sì, ho sentito l’esigenza di rimettermi in forma “adesso”. Qualcosa in me è scattato dopo aver divorziato da mio marito, dopo aver superato quel periodo non molto facile e tutti gli strascichi che ci si porta dietro in queste situazioni; ho deciso di rimettermi in gioco nella mia vita in generale, non solo a livello sentimentale, ma ho proprio sentito il bisogno di rinascere come donna ed un semplice taglio di capelli o dei colpi di sole non bastavano.

Dovevo cambiare quel corpo ormai pesante, molliccio, per niente in forma o tonico che mi trascinavo dietro per troppo tempo..dovevo cambiare quella vita pesante fatta di sedentarietà, routine e cattive abitudini. Ma non è facile quando per una vita intera (ben 45 anni) non hai mai praticamente svolto nessun’attività fisica, salvo la corsa ai saldi del 3 gennaio!

Così decisi di fare una piccola ricerca online e subito mi ritrovai su una pagina all’apparenza come tutte le altre, ma che parlava di una tecnologia capace di far perdere 900 calorie in soli 30 minuti con il minimo sforzo. La promessa strillava: perdi fino a 7 kg in un mese, garanzia soddisfatti o rimborsati!

Non volevo affidarmi a dei ciarlatani, così decisi di compilare il modulo di contatto, scaricare il buono per una seduta ad un prezzo scontato e vedere se effettivamente questo nuovo metodo poteva aiutarmi in questo mio progetto di rinascita.

Non sarei potuta imbattermi in qualcosa di migliore.

Non appena arrivata in Istituto la responsabile del metodo Snella Facile, mi ha fatta accomodare ed insieme abbiamo parlato di quelli che erano i miei obiettivi, del perché volevo perdere peso e rimettermi in forma, di quale fosse la mia routine come attività fisica e le mie abitudini alimentari.

Dopodichè siamo passati ad un check-up accurato del mio corpo tramite degli strumenti altamente tecnologici attraverso i quali  si è riusciti non solo a prendere accuratamente le misure del mio corpo, ma anche ad evidenziare la concentrazione di massa grassa sui punti critici e lo stadio di inestetismi come la cellulite.

Si è poi stabilito il mio percorso alimentare, strettamente normoproteico, a base di preparati proteici comodamente confezionati in un kit per la durata di 28 giorni e dei trattamenti modellanti e tonificanti ciascuno per prendersi cura di un inestetismo in particolare.

Ma la cosa più straordinaria di questo metodo è Infra Snella, letteralmente un sogno per i pigri come me che vogliono mettersi in forma. Questa tecnologia ha l’aspetto di una cyclette reclinata, all’interno della quale si trovano dei raggi infrarossi che vanno direttamente a colpire le zone che si desiderano diminuire ed un’azione vacuum che insieme al movimento lento e costante induce il corpo a bruciare 900 calorie in sola mezz’ora.

Dopo solo le prime due ore di trattamento mi sentivo già più magra e tonica, l’accoglienza è stata delle migliori e comunque il fatto che gli Istituti di Bellezza Stilema hanno esperienza nel campo del dimagrimento e rimodellamento corpo da 30 anni mi hanno convinto ad intraprendere il mio percorso di dimagrimento con Snella Facile.

E grazie a loro, sono RINATA. Ho perso 7 kg in un mese, la cellulite ridotta del 70%, la ritenzione idrica ed il gonfiore alla gambe scomparsi..mi sento più attiva, più energica, mi è anche venuta voglia di fare del movimento e mi sono iscritta ad un corso di ballo!
